kelly shaw nyala (née Willman) is an (experimental) (outsider) performance artist. as a performance artist, she blends sound, installation, & ritual- she gravitates towards sites in nature. kelly was raised among the cornfields of Eastern Iowa, & has lived in Brooklyn, Costa Rica, Thailand, & Philly.
